Some of the most committed, values-driven people I know are also the ones who feel like they're not doing enough. They're leading teams through hard things, pulled in too many directions at once, and wondering when they'll finally have enough time, clarity, and support to do it well—or to remember why they started.

That's who I started Reframe for.

I'm Julie Stoltman, founder of Reframe Career & Leadership.

Why I started Reframe

I believe a few things deeply. Everyone deserves to thrive at work. Investing in your career is a radical act of care—for yourself, your family, and your community. And our world needs more values-driven leaders who do the real work and stay committed for the long haul.

Who I work with

I work with government and public sector teams, nonprofit executives and boards, corporate organizations and social enterprises. What my clients share isn't an industry—it's an orientation toward the world. They want to do good work. They want to lead well. And they want someone in their corner who understands both the human side of leadership and how organizations actually operate.

At the organizational level, I partner with leadership teams and boards who are ready to stop doing everything and start doing what matters. At the individual level, I work with mid-senior career professionals who are ready to get clear on what meaningful work looks like for them—and take concrete action to get there.

What I bring

Over the years I've been in a lot of different rooms. I've worked alongside elected officials and community organizations, appointed boards and executive teams, at waste transfer stations and in corporate boardrooms. I've built and led programs designed to advance gender, racial, and disability equity. I believe firmly in the work of the public sector and the people who show up every day to do it. And I've also been the person who left a good job to figure out what came next—and that experience is woven into everything I do.

Reach out—I'd love to hear where you are and what you're working on.
